Today Will and Keith arrived on time and professionally snaked my main line to relieve any blockage as my washing machine was not draining properly. Their knowledge and shared information was very worthwhile and the quote I received was fair for the work they performed. They also checked a possible gas leak inside my home and explained that there was no leak but that the tank design would emit small amounts of gas whenever it was activated. They also suggested I consider a tankless unit whenever I was ready to consider an upgrade. Thank you and I look forward to relying upon John Owens Services!

I had a major kitchen sink back up late Thursday night, got up first thing Friday morning and started calling plumbers! John Owens was the first one to be able to come help me that Friday! They squeezed my job into their anlreasy busy day so that I didn’t have to go thru the weekend with a stopped up kitchen sink. Everybody else said I had to wait a week! Luis showed up, he was polite and helpful and walked me through all the options I had on clearing the drains, the pros and cons of each. I went with the Hydro clean out, which was extremely effective and very quick!
