Meet Our Founder & Owner

John Owens was educated in England, and attended a Technical and Crafts College for three years. He began his plumbing career in England in 1975 and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1985, where he became a licensed plumbing contractor in 1986.

In 1999, John sold his very successful plumbing, heating, and air conditioning business to a large national enterprise. He chose to begin again and, this time, stay small and focused and provide the best possible customer care.

John has a wide range of licenses and experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, radiant heating, and building. He’s even a licensed general contractor! John enjoys learning something new every day, whether from other tradespeople or his customers. He brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to his work so he can meet every challenge along the way.
