Warranties

When a customer invests thousands of dollars in new equipment for their home they are very unhappy if they are presented with a large bill two or three years after the purchase. Most companies offer one-year parts and labor. We extend the warranty for five years. This is in conjunction with the manufacturer’s warranty which often does not include labor, and most small components they only cover for a year.

We also include the first annual preventive maintenance for the equipment in the quote. Maintenance is the key to keeping your equipment running well with minimum repairs for many years.
