Current Openings

All positions are full-time and serve Sonoma and Marin Counties. Travel stays local — you work within nearby communities, not long-distance routes.

HVAC Technician. Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling equipment. Responsibilities include driving to and from customers’ homes, providing high-quality diagnosis, repair, and maintenance, offering estimates for opportunities found in the home, and handling customer service and sales. Requirements: 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Plumbing Technician. Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing equipment. Responsibilities include driving to and from customers’ homes, providing high-quality diagnosis, repair, and maintenance, offering estimates for opportunities found in the home, and handling customer service and sales. Requirements: 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to crawl in a crawlspace and attic.

HVAC Installer. Join the team installing furnaces, heat pumps, and dual-fuel systems. Responsibilities include driving to and from customers’ homes and following code and protection protocols to install systems in clients’ homes. Requirements: 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to crawl in a crawlspace and attic.
