Our five-year coverage works alongside the manufacturer’s warranty, which often does not include labor and typically covers smaller components for only a year. We back the equipment and the work, because we install it ourselves.

Modern systems are complex machines assembled from components made by many different suppliers. Designs change, and occasionally a product ships with a flaw or a circuit board that was not fully tested. Our extended warranty means that if something goes wrong, you are covered for both the part and the labor to fix it.
We also include the first year of preventive maintenance for the equipment in every quote. Maintenance is the key to keeping a system running well with the fewest repairs over its lifetime, and we would rather start that habit from day one.
