I have a very complex radiant heating system that had multiple issues. I was impressed with Owens services from the moment I placed my first call for service on Saturday morning with the office. Within 10 minutes John Owens called me back and asked me questions about my system. He was familiar with the equipment and he reassured me that he was capable of resolving my situation, John arrived about an hour later, in short order he diagnosed the problem as the control unit (System Computer) and a defective aquastat. The control was fifteen years old and a direct replacement was unavailable. John found a new controller that would work for my system, traced all the various components hooked up the new controller, tested and made sure that every heating zone worked (Nine zones) and our hot water heater was working correctly. To say I was impressed is an understatement, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending John and the whole staff at Owens Services. I’ll certainly be calling them in the future!
