Awesome water heater repair! I’d like to highly recommend John Owens Services! I called early this afternoon with a concern about my water heater and they came right out. Duane was able to repair it, got everything fixed for a very reasonable price while explaining before he started the work of the worst-case scenario’s. After he left I didn’t know that the water heater could make noise while it gets the air out and I called them back concerned. He came right back out checked everything and told me that it was just the air bubbles. He also told me as well as the lady from the company if I have any concerns please don’t hesitate to call. A great company with great customer service, both out on the job site and back in the office!
